In their piece, “Rethinking Anti-CD20 Therapies: From Fixed to Precision Dosing,” the authors explore the critical paradigm shift in managing immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs).
While Rituximab has been widely used to target B lymphocytes for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis (RA), ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV), and even off-label for SLE, this editorial highlights why we must move beyond fixed-dose regimens and embrace precision dosing to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
